Meemu Atoll (Mulaku Atoll) occupies a central position in the Maldivian chain and offers some of the most rewarding diving for fish life. The atoll’s reefs are covered in healthy hard and soft corals, and schooling fish in their thousands is a common sight. Night dives here reveal sleeping sea turtles, hunting octopus, and bioluminescent plankton.
The atoll is home to enthusiastic local communities that welcome visitors to experience authentic Maldivian hospitality, traditional music (Bodu Beru), and traditional crafts.
